Yesterday, my sister and I took the girls to see Disney on Ice’s newest ice skating production, Dare to Dream.
Disney on Ice presents Dare to Dream
Experience Disney’s hilarious hair-raising escapade, Tangled; as Rapunzel, her unlikely companion, Flynn, and Maximus, embark on an uproarious journey that takes adventure to new lengths! Boogie to the beat of the bayou with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen in a magical, musical journey that all begins with a fateful kiss. And fanciful dreams become reality as Cinderella meets her Prince Charming, with a glass slipper fit for an unforgettable fantasy come true.”
Our family loves Disney! Anytime Disney on Ice is in town, we make it a point to try and see the show. So when I was invited to a Mommy Blogger Meet and Greet for DARE TO DREAM, I jumped at the opportunity.
Check out the amazing backdrop to the show! Eleanor kept commenting on how beautiful the castle was.
…And we were able to watch the skaters practice before the show, which was pretty cool.
Afterwards, we had a mini Q & A session with the skaters and then Princess Tiana herself made an appearance. All the kids were given an opportunity to take pictures with her and the girls were super excited. This was their first time meeting Princess Tiana in person.
Dare to Dream was an amazing production that left Isabel wide-eyed in amazement throughout the entire show. I loved seeing both my girls filled with joy and excitement to see their favorite characters come to life.
While I’ve gone to many Disney on Ice events, I have to say that Dare to Dream is one of my favorites. I truly enjoyed the Tangled segment, particularly when Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder fly using Rapunzel’s hair. And one of the best parts of Dare to Dream is the finale, where all the Disney Princesses make an appearance and the show ends with a bang!
If you’re in the SF Bay Area, I highly recommend taking your kids to see this show!
