I had mentioned before that we recently headed to Vegas for my sister’s wedding and that the girls were two of four flower girls. Well I wanted to share with you the beautiful dresses the girls wore.
These are the Glimmer In Gold dresses by Biscotti , which is a gorgeous champagne colored dress with an elegant bow-filled bodice, charmeuse and glitter netting layers, cap sleeves and a charmeuse back tie. If you think they’re beautiful in the pictures, they are even prettier in person. The girls looked absolutely stunning at my sister’s wedding.
I only wish I could’ve taken my own pictures of the girls and their dresses, but I was too busy chasing these little munchkins around and enjoying the party.
And for those of you wondering how they did walking down the aisle… Well, the first flower girl ended up walking out way before she was supposed to. The second flower girl ran down the aisle without ever tossing a petal. Then Eleanor and Isabel very slowly tossed all the petals at the beginning of the L-shaped aisle. We were sitting there wondering what happened to them, and by the time they turned the corner towards the main aisle, they had run out of petals and made a mad dash towards me and Paul. So unless you were sitting in the back pews, you didn’t really get to see them at all. The poor wedding coordinator broke out in hives because none of the flower girls did what they were supposed to, but it made for a good laugh.
