Another week complete and only one more week to go! I am now entering Phase 3: Restore.
This week was pretty hard for me. The first few days I felt hungrier than usual and nothing I ate seemed to satisfy my hunger. I even cheated one day. ::hides in shame::
I ate a veggie burger. Well, I didn’t even eat a whole veggie burger. I had 2 bites, which was about 1/4-1/3 of the patty. No bun. And let me tell you, I ended up in bed with the worst stomach pains I’ve ever had in my entire life! It felt like I was being kicked at the top of my gut countless times.
If you’re planning to do this reset, don’t cheat! It’s so NOT worth it.
And the verdict after week 2? I’ve lost another 2.5 lbs for a total of 10.1 lbs in 14 days! Amazing, right? Thanks again for all your support!
