My Weight Loss Journey: What’s Next?

Since completing the reset and losing 11.4 lbs, I’m sure you’re all dying to know if I’ve been able to keep that weight off, or if I’ve gained it all back. Well, the good news is I haven’t gained it all back. The somewhat bad news? I did gain back 0.7 lbs. Not too bad, right?

I am doing well with portion control. Since the reset, I’ve learned to listen to my body and eat just enough to satisfy my hunger without overeating. That alone made doing the reset worth it. I sometimes think back to how much I use to eat and I’m shocked.

As for continuing this weight loss journey, I’m excited to announce that I will be starting the Medifast program today and keeping you updated with weekly posts every Friday. I still have a long ways to go to reach my goal weight of 125 lbs (and no, that is not too skinny…I’m only 5’3″ peeps).

Medifast

With the help of Medifast and their 5 & 1 Plan, I’m hoping to reach that goal within the next 7 to 8 months. So here’s to 5 Medifast meals during the day, and 1 yummy Lean & Green meal for dinner. Cheers!

You will do fine.. yes portion control and fresh foods works… Like I have learned don’t diet – change your lifestyle. I have lost 185 lbs and intend to loose 50 more lbs to be of a healthy weight. Good luck, i know you can do it.

I’m so excited for you! Medifast has been great to me, too! I’m a vlogger — been on the program since February 6, 2012…and, including some bumps in the road and a long plateau, I’m down 60lbs since then as of today. I would love it if you followed my journey, too — watched a few videos — I’d love to connect!! Cheers! I know you’re going to do great!!

portion control defiantly makes a difference with eating habits and listening to your body is one of the main reasons why people can control eating.

The Mediafast sounds interesting don’t believe I ever heard of that. I’d love to get down to 125 as well. HOPEFULLY one day soon just 30 lbs away.
