Dealing with Toddlers

Being a parent to two toddlers, I know how incredibly difficult it can be to deal with little ones going through the terrible twos or horrible threes. Both my girls have thrown outrageous tantrums that have left me bawling and clueless as to what to do. There are times I feel like a terrible parent, and there are times I know that I must not be taking the correct approach.

So today I’m going to tell you about an audio parenting course designed to help you communicate with your child effectively. It’s called Talking to Toddlers and it offers techniques which help parents minimize tantrums and deal with other child behavior problems for kids between 2-6 years old. Before the age of 6, most kids lack reasoning skills. This course will teach you actual language skills and tricks that are all based on fundamental principles of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnosis.

Ha! Homework for being a parent! I thought I was done with that lol. But, for real, I want to check this out–I’m often at wits end with my 2.5 year old and now you’re telling me there are “horrible threes?!?!?!” I’m tired just thinking about it. Thanks for sharing!

Fortunately our 2 year old hasn’t gotten “terrible” yet. Maybe she’s saving it for next year?

Parents should put as much energy into learning how to talk with their kids as they do any other important thing in life. You’ll never regret learning from experts.

My youngest is 4, but I bet these would be helpful for those with the toddlers and their terrible twos.

I guess we’re blessed that the lil lady didn’t have terrible twos or threes. No tantrums and I’m glad because I’d have to get her.

It was different with each of my children, but I think learning is key! I have always read books, watched videos and attended seminars on parenting. It’s our most important job, we should definitely be open to learning new ways to do it.

You know I was incredibly lucky, none of my kids went through any horrible phases that were difficult for me. I was young though, took things more in stride LOL.
