So I survived week 1. Woot, woot! And I am ecstatic to announce that I lost 7.6 lbs. Yes, that’s after being on this reset for only one week. Amazing, right?
I already feel thinner, have more energy and don’t really crave diet coke, or the other sweets I used to. In fact, Paul treated the girls to some chocolate wafers (my fave!) and I actually resisted the temptation to eat them. There is still 3/4 of the package sitting in our pantry and I have no desire to devour them.
Today marks the first day of Week 2 of my reset. I am actually excited to move on to the second phase of this cleanse. Thank you to everyone for being incredibly supportive! And come back next Wednesday to see my progress after week 2.

That’s amazing! I need that!
I am so proud of you. I am personally still struggling with quitting Diet Coke.
Great job on your weight loss so far!
That’s wonderful, you will continute to do great Ijust know it.
Well I just ordered it, literally 5 minutes ago. I am nervous due to the expense and the cooking one of the things that makes it hard for me to stay eating healthy is the time to cook and the fact that I don’t like it.
However I can’t get over what everyone is saying about energy, rest, and clear mind so I’m going to do everything in my power to stick to this for 3 weeks that is a short period of time really. I am hoping this will get me in the right frame of mind to continue on after and lose some weight and start exercising.
This is exactly what I feel I need something to just reset all my old habits and feelings. My feet ache all the time I’m interested to see if this helps.
Thanks for your information so far.
Oh, I’m so glad you’re gonna give it a go. The second week has been hard for me. It’s a vegetarian diet this week and next week is completely vegan. I’m usually fine until dinner time, and that’s when I have a hard time.
I hope you blog about your reset so I can follow along, too!
Wow!! 7.6 lbs!! That is great!
