Claritin for Allergies

Claritin

Whether it’s seasonal allergies, or allergies due to pet dander, Paul and I always turn to the brand we trust most: Claritin. We’ve tried other comparable brands, even the cheaper generic brands, but none relieve us of our symptoms quicker and more effectively than Claritin.

I am allergic to cats, which is something I didn’t discover until I started dating Paul. In fact, I have a phobia of cats and had never been exposed to them until Paul and I got together. You see, everyone in Paul’s family owns a cat. EVERYONE! How ironic, right? The girl with a cat phobia marries into a cat-loving family.

Well here’s what happens when we visit Paul’s family: my eyes, nose and throat itch, and I become so congested that I can’t breath. The worst part is my symptoms can last for several hours, even after I have left their homes. Now anytime Paul and I visit my in-laws, I always have to pop a Claritin beforehand. Otherwise, I’m completely miserable and highly irritable. I’m sure anyone who suffers from allergies can relate.

Allergies are a huge hindrance and to show you just how much of a difference Claritin can make in combating allergies, Merck, the makers of non-drowsy CLARITIN® products, has teamed up with Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Burke-Charvet this spring to create a new short film titled “The Difference is Clear.”
