As a handmade business owner, I’m always looking for ways to save money and DIY. Enter Avery’s Branding & Merchandising products.
They have round labels, square labels, oval labels, arched labels, window and wall signage, bag toppers (bags included), tags with string and shelf tags. There’s pretty much something for everyone who owns a small business.
Using Avery’s online templates is a breeze! You simply upload your premade design, or choose one available on their site, customize it, and hit ‘Print’. Do note that it will not print properly on Google Chrome. I completely ignored the pop-up that warned me and hit print. This is what happened…
Notice the image printed smaller than the template and was not aligned. It wasn’t until I attempted to print it again that I noticed the warning about Google Chrome. After switching over to IE (I hate this browser), my bag toppers and labels printed out perfectly!
I was extremely excited to use the bag toppers, which come ready with bags, to package my Double Bloom Headbands. They turned out pretty nice and now my products look more professional. The wheels in my head are already turning as I think about how to display these pretties at my next craft show. Paul just brought me home an awesome metal grid that I’m dying to spray paint and buy hooks for.
If you’re a small, handmade business owner, which I know many of you are, I strongly recommend you check out Avery’s line of Branding & Merchandising products. Avery is also hosting a Facebook contest called Brand It, where you’ll have the chance to win $4,500!
But for now, one of you lucky readers will have the opportunity to win a package containing products from Avery’s Branding & Merchandising line.
