My love for pocket diapers has been growing with all the great pocket diapers I’ve had the opportunity to review. The Charlie Banana One Size Pocket Diaper only adds to my love and may just push it to become an obsession.

About Charlie Banana™ One Size Diaper

One size can be used from new born to potty training. You can adjust the leg elastic as your baby grows. Charlie Banana™ diapers are 2 in 1. Our 2 in 1 diaper is mainly a cloth diaper but the smart front panel allows you to slip in a disposable pad for those special occasions. With Charlie Banana™ Diapers you get the best of both!

Charlie Banana™ Diapers come in an array of colors and a few prints, including the Butterfly print, which I chose to review. It’s absolutely adorable and perfect if you have baby girls.

The Charlie Banana™ One Size Diaper is said to fit from birth-36 months. Although this diaper fits both my 7 month old and 19 month old equally well, I am leery of its ability to fit a newborn as there are no rise settings. However, the waist does have 3 snaps on each side with the ability to overlap, and there is a hip snap which allows for the diaper to fit snugly around the thighs. Regardless, if you are looking for a more customized fit, Charlie Banana™ also carries sized diapers.

The Charlie Banana™ One Size Diaper comes with two inserts, which can be used together as an overnight diaper or to provide extra absorption for heavy wetters. The Charlie Banana™ diaper can also be used as a 2-in-1 by placing a disposable insert in the diaper. This is a great option when you’re on the go and don’t have the convenience of a diaper sprayer when cleaning a poopy diaper out in public.

I almost forgot to mention that unlike most pocket diapers, where the pockets open in the back, the Charlie Banana™ diaper has a front pocket opening. Although it’s not as easy to stuff as other pocket diapers, the front opening makes it easier to readjust the insert.
